Administers donor-restricted funds throughout their lifecycle, interprets gift agreements and governing documents, ensures compliance with donor intent and regulations, conducts compliance reviews, supports audits and governance initiatives, prepares analyses and reports, and improves fund administration processes, controls, procedures, and documentation. The role collaborates with Finance, Development, Legal, campus partners, and other stakeholders while coordinating strategic initiatives and technology enhancements.

Administers and improves the NetSuite ERP platform, including user access, security, workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, integrations, testing, and performance optimization. Oversees governance, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, executive messaging, reception, print, mailroom, and organization-wide service functions while improving alignment, decision-making, efficiency, and execution.

Leads cloud and network infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, and enterprise networking. Manages engineers and administrators, oversees incidents, changes, disaster recovery, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, security controls, vendor relationships, and project delivery. Develops infrastructure strategy, drives AI-enabled operational improvements, ensures compliance, and reports performance and risk to senior leadership.

Eight-week, on-site investment internship supporting manager selection, co-investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, investment research, and portfolio-related projects. The intern will participate in meetings with investment managers and business executives, prepare meeting notes and investment recommendations, and assist with investment committee materials. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and professional judgment skills are required. Prior investing experience is not required.

Write and edit engaging print and digital content, manage freelance writers and photographers, collaborate with designers and communications teams, oversee publication schedules and budgets, develop digital distribution and SEO strategies, and track audience metrics. The role is hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin, with at least two office days weekly.

Leads the organization’s cybersecurity program, including security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk and compliance, security architecture, and third-party risk. Oversees security tools, audits, penetration testing, automation, AI enablement, and incident preparedness.
