The VP of Finance will lead corporate FP&A, long-range planning, M&A modeling and diligence, sponsor and lender reporting, covenant compliance, board materials, and divisional performance management. The role partners with executives and private equity stakeholders, owns enterprise financial models and operating cadence, supports incentive compensation, and builds the FP&A function. It also involves Power BI dashboards, project-based financial analysis, strategic planning, and post-acquisition integration.

Leads stormwater resource engineering projects involving watershed, hydrologic, and hydraulic modeling; floodplain and vulnerability assessments; flood protection planning; watershed master plans; and environmental permitting. Develops proposals, scopes, cost estimates, and presentations, while managing and mentoring staff. Requires a Florida PE license, eight or more years of experience, and proficiency with stormwater modeling software.

Assist with roadway and transportation engineering design projects, including geometric alignments, profiles, cross sections, traffic control details, pavement reports, construction plans, quantity estimates, calculations, and specifications. Use MicroStation, GEOPAK, and 3D corridor modeling tools while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role supports public-sector transportation projects and offers cross-training in related disciplines.

Design electrical systems and construction documents in Revit, perform electrical calculations, review submittals, conduct site investigations, support equipment specifications, and participate in project and client meetings. The role involves collaboration with engineers, designers, project managers, manufacturers, and city officials across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, high-rise, and EV fleet projects.

Provides full-cycle HR partnership across multiple offices, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, engagement, HRIS data accuracy, compliance, leave and ADA support, investigations, and leadership coaching. Advises senior management, supports organizational change and acquisitions, coordinates with payroll, assists with AAP and EEOC reporting, and may supervise HR staff. The role is onsite in West Palm Beach and requires travel throughout Florida.
