Provides inside sales and customer service for HVAC/R products by answering inquiries, taking and entering orders, researching product availability and pricing, resolving issues, and supporting sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, promotions, and outbound calls. Coordinates with purchasing, sales, shipping, and other departments to meet customer needs, maintain inventory and pricing accuracy, and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

Manages an assigned HVACR sales territory by planning forecasts, developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, presenting solutions, closing sales, and resolving customer issues. Coordinates with branch teams, tracks activities in CRM, monitors buying behavior and market trends, maintains product knowledge, and represents the company at trade shows and customer events.

Plans and manages multiple IT projects from requirements gathering through completion, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communications, reporting, and issue resolution. Coordinates internal teams and third-party vendors, manages software development and implementation projects, leads software discovery or selection initiatives, and conducts retrospectives. Supports Lean process improvement, documentation, and continuous adherence to departmental procedures.
