Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for transportation infrastructure projects, including transit, rail, roadway, tunnel, and airport systems. Provide technical oversight, prepare and review engineering deliverables, conduct electrical analyses, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope, engage clients and agencies, support proposals, and mentor engineers while ensuring code-compliant, resilient designs.

Develop and manage multidisciplinary BIM/VDC models for architectural, structural, MEP, utility, infrastructure, and building projects. Oversee model setup, coordination, clash detection, QA/QC, BIM deliverables, trade coordination, reality capture, Scan-to-BIM workflows, visualizations, and 4D simulations. Support field verification, site visits, software troubleshooting, and client requirements while maintaining project standards and coordinating technical stakeholders.

Prepares monthly client requisitions and invoices for time-and-material and lump-sum projects, ensuring contract and regulatory compliance. Reviews subcontractor invoices, maintains project information in an ERP system, prepares MWBE compliance reports, supports collections of aged receivables, and helps reduce unbilled services. Requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and accounting experience.
