Supports Linux and Windows operating systems, virtual machines, storage, backups, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, patching, system hardening, monitoring, change management, backup restoration, hardware maintenance, incident response support, end-user escalation, vendor coordination, ticket management, and technical documentation.
