The role is fully onsite and requires physical work in confined submarine spaces, including climbing ladders.

Lead risk management for the NISSC 3 program by identifying, assessing, tracking, and reporting risks, issues, and opportunities. Develop mitigation and contingency strategies, maintain risk registers, facilitate risk working groups, and brief program and government leadership. Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, QA, logistics, and project management teams. Apply quality assurance and quality control practices to ensure consistency, traceability, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement.

Manage and optimize HPC data storage environments, including capacity, performance, quotas, metrics, policies, hardware, and SAN infrastructure. Support parallel filesystems such as Lustre, BeeGFS, and GPFS; administer production Linux storage systems; develop scripts; troubleshoot networking and security issues; and collaborate with HPC users and remote site counterparts.
