Supports cybersecurity compliance and system authorization activities for assigned information systems. Maintains RMF documentation and eMASS artifacts, reviews access requests, tracks vulnerabilities and incidents, coordinates stakeholders, supports audits and risk assessments, validates STIG compliance, and assists with contingency planning and recovery testing.

Designs and maintains enterprise data architectures supporting NCIS investigative, intelligence, and operational missions. Develops data models, governance frameworks, integration strategies, catalogs, and secure cloud or hybrid platforms across classified and unclassified environments. Ensures compliance with CJIS, NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, Privacy Act, CUI, and DoD/DON policies. Optimizes performance, supports analytics and machine learning, documents architecture, and advises government leadership.

Develop and review C++ software using Python and MATLAB for advanced synthetic modeling and training environments. Apply algorithms, design patterns, object-oriented design, and model-based systems engineering. Build web applications, integrate software, design model behavior tests, and support customer training and demonstrations. Collaborate with team members on future enhancements while supporting weapons systems modeling and maintaining required security clearances.

Supports the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies by tracking RDT&E project execution, developing project plans, coordinating with government, industry, academic, and international stakeholders, and preparing briefings, reports, white papers, and technical products for senior leadership. Provides expertise in technology development, funding, transition, budgeting, and project execution practices.

Develop, test, maintain, and integrate software components for secure, mission-critical program deliverables. Apply secure coding and DevSecOps practices, troubleshoot defects, support verification and validation, manage source code and releases, and collaborate with systems engineering, test, and operations teams. Document releases, test results, incidents, maintenance activities, and user guidance while contributing to development process improvements.

Supports FBI technology programs by administering Active Directory, Group Policy, networks, user configurations, and virtualized infrastructure. Installs and maintains network components, develops scripted management tools using PowerShell or Ansible, troubleshoots network issues, and supports system recovery. Collaborates with IT security and infrastructure teams to deploy secure solutions, recommends system changes, and communicates technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
