Leads the automotive sales department by developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales professionals, analyzing market and competitor trends, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales volume and profitability.

The Business Development Representative will support the automotive dealership’s Business Development Center by engaging customers, managing relationships, handling phone communications, and pursuing sales goals. The role requires strong communication, time management, independence, motivation, and teamwork. Candidates should have sales and CRM experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably Spanish bilingual skills. Employment requires passing background, motor vehicle record, drug, and pre-employment testing.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and internet leads; schedule and confirm sales and service appointments; maintain accurate CRM records; and provide friendly, professional customer follow-up as the dealership’s first point of contact.
