Provides customer service for commercial and industrial accounts by receiving service requests, creating and executing work orders, scheduling vendors, coordinating pricing and billing, troubleshooting service issues, and maintaining customer and account-manager relationships. The role also proactively schedules recurring services, manages holiday needs, supports resolution of equipment and quality issues, and identifies sales opportunities while developing knowledge of waste and recycling services.

Requires extensive territory travel, including occasional overnight trips.

Oversees contract negotiations, financial modeling, account governance, forecasting, customer business reviews, and cross-functional execution. Manages the portfolio’s financial performance and develops commercial leaders while driving process improvement, technology adoption, talent development, and organizational change across a complex, multi-site national accounts organization.

Prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements, account entries, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and audit documentation. Supports month-end close, accounts payable tracking, payroll changes, internal controls, financial reporting, and operational finance projects. Uses accounting systems and Excel to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, monitor policies, and assist controllers and operations management.

Supports sales operations by setting up commercial and retail accounts, maintaining pricing and contract data, coordinating service changes, communicating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring accurate billing information, sales metrics, and electronic records. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and business database systems.

Provides centralized sales operations support by managing sales processes, CRM administration, training documentation, data quality, change requests, project timelines, and user acceptance testing. Partners across sales, finance, IT, marketing, operations, and customer service to improve sales technology, workflows, communication, and organizational efficiency. The role also supports sales planning, process improvement, and change management across business divisions.

Leads enterprise Revenue Operations across pricing strategy, price realization, revenue analytics, forecasting, KPI governance, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve profitable growth, revenue capture, margin performance, and customer retention. Oversees pricing controls, dashboards, revenue models, and cross-functional initiatives while managing and developing a team of Revenue Operations Analysts.
