Manages digital enterprise milestones, project plans, action items, metrics, and concurrent initiatives within the Test, Quality, and Certification value stream. Coordinates with IT, business groups, customers, and external partners to advance submarine certification programs. Develops presentations and technical communications, drives process innovation, resolves issues, and supports digital strategy execution for Navy shipbuilding programs.

Coordinates the full lifecycle development, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of COLUMBIA submarine components. Manages cross-functional schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, performance metrics, technical discussions, action items, and leadership reporting. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, vendors, and program leadership to resolve issues, improve readiness, and ensure component delivery meets technical and shipyard requirements.
