Leads traffic studies, engineering design assignments, traffic operations contracts, and project delivery. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, technical production, client communications, reports, public hearings, staff supervision, quality control, business development, and subconsultants. Performs traffic operations analysis using CORSIM, HCS, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM, while overseeing traffic signal, roadway, signing, pavement marking, lighting, and traffic control plans.

Designs and analyzes traffic and transportation engineering projects, including traffic impact studies, capacity and level-of-service evaluations, traffic forecasting, traffic control device plans, and transportation improvement plans. Conducts field data collection and verification, prepares technical reports and AutoCAD drawings, coordinates project schedules and budgets, and supports traffic signal, signing, pavement marking, lighting, and ITS design efforts.
