Leads federal proposal estimation and commercial solution strategy from capture through submission. Develops BOEs, LOEs, staffing models, pricing approaches, technical narratives, and CONOPS for labor-based, managed-service, subscription, consumption-based, and XaaS offerings. Partners with capture, pricing, finance, recruiting, engineering, and subject-matter teams while applying AI, automation, analytics, and advanced estimation methodologies to improve proposal quality, affordability, and execution risk.

Serves as the senior technical authority for a large Department of Defense IT and cybersecurity program supporting the F-35 JPO. Responsibilities include analyzing and correlating cyber incidents, recommending security tool improvements, monitoring DCO systems, documenting after-action mitigation efforts, developing cyber defense tactics and procedures, reporting security discrepancies, and conducting research. Administers NIPR/SIPR networks, Cisco infrastructure, Unified Communications, encryption devices, wireless and cellular systems, IP address space, and access-control services. Performs cabling, upgrades, troubleshooting, bandwidth monitoring, configuration management, cybersecurity compliance, documentation, preventative maintenance, and COMSEC duties. Requires active DoD Secret clearance, Security+ certification, and substantial experience with Cisco devices, Unified Communications, and TACLANE systems. Travel is minimal and telework depends on customer needs.

Provides on-site operational support for a DoD medical LAN/WAN network at Fort Campbell. Maintains and troubleshoots core and edge switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, routing protocols, cabling, and network services. Diagnoses issues across OSI Layers 1–3, performs hardware and software upgrades, and resolves infrastructure problems. Requires technical education, related networking experience, Security+ CE certification, DoD 8570 compliance, and an active Secret clearance.

Architect and evolve a secure hybrid Azure and Kubernetes platform supporting continuous software delivery across classified and unclassified environments. Lead platform standards, landing zones, networking, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, identity, secrets management, governance, and SRE practices. Establish reusable developer self-service capabilities, manage multi-cluster environments, define security and operational standards, conduct architecture reviews, and drive platform modernization for mission-critical space operations.

Manages a mission-critical Unified Communications services program and technical team supporting a government customer. Oversees lifecycle delivery of audiovisual, video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, telephony, and chat capabilities across multiple sites. Leads cost, schedule, performance, cybersecurity, quality, staffing, customer coordination, subcontractors, risk management, compliance, installations, configuration management, training, and system support. Serves as the primary customer liaison and ensures projects meet contractual and operational objectives.

Owns the architecture, strategy, scalability, and long-term health of the organization’s Splunk SIEM. Leads detection engineering, data onboarding, platform optimization, upgrades, integrations, threat hunting, compliance support, and incident-response investigations. The role mentors engineers and SOC analysts, serves as the escalation point for complex issues, reports security metrics to leadership, and partners on security architecture and response planning.

Develops and maintains hands-on cybersecurity training, awareness campaigns, ISSO training, simulations, and educational materials. Reviews and updates content using Adobe Captivate and SCORM, incorporates changing cybersecurity policies and technologies, supports training sessions and forums, and ensures accessibility before publication. Requires substantial experience with NIST, FISMA, security authorization, security awareness programs, training plans, and course development.
