Manage information assurance and cybersecurity compliance for a complex federal IT infrastructure. Develop and maintain RMF, FISMA, and ATO documentation, including SSPs, risk assessments, security plans, POA&Ms, and incident response plans. Assess NIST security controls, analyze application, network, and database scans, manage risks and vulnerabilities, support continuous monitoring, coordinate stakeholders, and help maintain system authorization to operate. Requires extensive DoD cybersecurity experience, IAM Level III certification, Top Secret clearance, and onsite work in Arlington, Virginia, with possible CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Develop, test, maintain, and support Oracle Federal Financials applications for Defense Health Agency systems. Responsibilities include PL/SQL and SQL programming, Oracle EBS module development, system integrations, APEX and Application Framework GUI development, security compliance, production troubleshooting, performance tuning, and technical documentation. The role requires federal or DoD financials experience, DoD 8140 certification, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
