Leads traffic and transportation design projects from initiation through completion, managing multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, clients, schedules, budgets, financial performance, and quality control. Develops project scopes and resource plans, oversees technical deliverables, maintains client relationships, supports proposals and business development, and mentors engineering staff. Ensures compliance with DOT, municipal, AASHTO, and client standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Coordinates and develops complex architecture and engineering proposals, qualification documents, and presentations. Reviews deliverables for quality, ensures win strategies and differentiators are clear, mentors proposal coordinators, manages workloads, facilitates strategy meetings, conducts market and competitor research, and incorporates client feedback and lessons learned. The role requires strong proposal writing, editing, communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Design and manage transportation and roadway engineering projects, including geometric design, traffic control, drainage, signing, pavement markings, construction documents, 3D roadway models, specifications, and cost estimates. The role provides quality control, coordinates with clients and internal teams, supports project scoping and proposals, and mentors junior staff. A Professional Engineer license, civil engineering degree, and at least four years of roadway or transportation design experience are required.
