Designs, implements, and maintains multi-vendor DoD networks while ensuring system security and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include network configuration, vulnerability scanning with HBSS and ACAS, RMF compliance, security violation investigation, policy recommendations, patch and upgrade recommendations, COMSEC material tracking, and customer reporting. The role requires collaboration with end users, strong communication, independent judgment, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Develops, tests, debugs, and improves enterprise software, including cloud and on-premises microservices, data ingestion workflows, APIs, and distributed jobs. Supports Azure, AWS, and customer solutions; implements access control, data movement, documentation, and release notes. Requires collaboration with clients and technical teams, plus familiarity with C#, web technologies, SQL Server, containers, and modern cloud systems. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance are required.

Provides technical oversight and subject matter expertise for UAS datalink system development, integration, qualification, sustainment, upgrades, and field issue resolution. Develops datalink strategies, evaluates RF and communications technologies, assesses threats and technical risks, coordinates with government laboratories, contractors, and program offices, and recommends policy and technical direction. Supports acquisition documentation, represents UAS in technical forums, and communicates technical and programmatic information to government and industry stakeholders.

Architects enterprise AI/ML systems, including training pipelines, inference services, feature stores, data ingestion, and MLOps frameworks. Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, defines technical roadmaps, oversees execution, and interfaces with senior government stakeholders. Establishes secure engineering, DevSecOps, testing, and model governance practices while guiding cloud-native integrations, advanced ML tool adoption, responsible AI, architecture reviews, and strategic planning for Defense Intelligence Agency missions.
