Assists cybersecurity engineers and subject matter experts with RMF compliance, security control assessments, and Assess and Authorize activities. Ensures documentation aligns with ITIL and government standards, supports modernization initiatives, meets service-level requirements, and remains complete and accurate in approved repositories.

Installs, maintains, monitors, and secures servers, network equipment, workstations, applications, databases, and virtualization environments. Manages patches, user accounts, backups, upgrades, incidents, service requests, configuration changes, documentation, and system performance. Supports testing, equipment retirement, and compliance with Department of State security policies.

Lead end-to-end Risk Management Framework execution for multiple DoD information systems, including categorization, security control implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring. Manage SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, eMASS documentation, STIG and vulnerability compliance, and ATO packages. Liaise with Government Authorizing Officials and guide technical teams on NIST, DoD RMF, and cybersecurity requirements.

Supports Oracle databases integrated with consolidated and legacy or modernized applications, using platforms such as Dell EMC Data Domain and Oracle ZDLRA while maintaining security, integrity, and audit compliance.
