Supervises corporate accounting activities including accounts payable, billing, payroll, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit support. Leads 1–3 direct reports through coaching and performance management, partners with internal accounting teams and external auditors, and strengthens internal controls and processes. Bills recurring managed service, technology license, and recruiting fees; applies contract-based discounts and concessions; reviews customer contracts; manages annual fee increases; validates Salesforce-to-Oracle data flows; performs month-end reconciliations; analyzes billing discrepancies and trends; and partners with FP&A on variance analysis and accurate financial reporting.

Reviews and processes aircraft-related invoices, crew expenses, vendor payments, and financial transactions. Maintains accurate coding and documentation in Oracle Fusion, monitors bank balances and AP aging, reconciles vendor statements, prepares owner reporting packages, and resolves discrepancies. Communicates with aircraft crews, vendors, and internal teams while supporting month-end deadlines, process improvements, automation, and responsible AI-enabled efficiency initiatives.

Manages charter sales and private-flight logistics from initial opportunity through quoting, negotiation, closing, fulfillment, and client service. Provides prompt quotes, handles high call volume, maintains customer records, develops client and industry relationships, monitors market and competitor offerings, attends promotional events, and meets monthly sales quotas. Requires rotating evening, overnight, weekend, holiday, and 24/7 availability, with occasional travel as directed.

Leads client accounting for managed aircraft owners, overseeing financial reporting, cash management, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, project accounting, and issue resolution. Manages client relationships, cross-functional coordination, onboarding and account transitions, internal controls, process improvements, and accounting systems. Directly leads, coaches, and develops the Client Accounting team while reporting risks and account status to leadership.

Supports daily HR operations, including job offers, hiring activities, background checks, personnel action forms, employee lifecycle changes, HR inquiries, onboarding, and records maintenance. Maintains intranet HR content, coordinates equipment requests, processes confidential documentation, and assists with employee engagement and HR projects. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work onsite.

Manages end-to-end, multi-state payroll operations for hourly, salaried, exempt, non-exempt, and per diem employees. Supervises payroll staff, oversees timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, reporting, tax coordination, audits, recordkeeping, and compliance. Partners with HR, Finance, Accounting, Benefits, and payroll providers to resolve issues, improve processes, maintain controls, and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

Directs the corporate billing function, including contract setup, customer invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, reconciliations, reporting, analytics, and internal controls. Leads billing staff, ensures compliance with GAAP and ASC 606/326, monitors receivables and collection metrics, resolves payment issues, and improves accounting processes. Partners with corporate, client, and charter accounting teams while providing coaching, oversight, and operational leadership.

Manage end-to-end charter accounting, including revenue recognition, owner paybacks, invoice applications, reconciliations, accruals, accounts receivable aging, credit-loss allowances, financial reporting, journal entries, internal controls, and process improvements. Partner with corporate, client, and charter accounting teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance with GAAP and ASC standards, and timely close activities.
