Administers federal and pass-through grants after award, with emphasis on NIH programs, financial oversight, compliance, reporting, subaward monitoring, audit support, and closeout. Requires strong communication, writing, relationship-building, project management, and event planning skills, with healthcare or higher education knowledge preferred.

Provides administrative, procurement, contract, inventory, expense-tracking, and customer-service support for a university Facilities and Environmental Health and Safety department. Processes requisitions, invoices, contracts, and purchasing-card transactions; maintains records, reports, work orders, and service requests; coordinates vendors, maintenance, events, and preventative repairs; responds to campus inquiries; and supports departmental operations and management initiatives.

Coordinates nursing student clinical placements and maintains student, preceptor, and clinical site records.
