Manages accounting and financial forecasting for small to mid-sized construction projects. Responsibilities include contract administration, requisition and lien waiver review, project forecasts, monthly forecast meetings, accounts receivable and payables, financial closeout, audits, contract abstracts, and work-in-process variance analysis. The role interfaces with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and job sites while supporting cost control, profitability, and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires independent management of multiple concurrent deliverables and regular jobsite visits.

Audits timecards and transactions, resolves discrepancies, responds to employee inquiries, protects confidential information, and follows payroll policies. The role requires knowledge of tax and wage laws, in-house payroll processing, and union and non-union payroll practices, while supporting a fast-paced Finance team.
