Leads organizational development strategy, leadership and employee learning programs, succession planning, talent reviews, change management, and workforce transformation initiatives. Manages an OD and learning team, coaches senior leaders, partners with HR and clinical stakeholders, oversees vendors and budgets, develops communication strategies, and evaluates program effectiveness through metrics and ROI analysis.

Oversees instructional design, LMS administration, training metrics, budgets, vendors, audit readiness, and regulatory alignment with OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and CMS requirements. Leads training staff, collaborates with HR and organizational leaders, assesses learning needs, and continuously improves programs based on performance data and business priorities.

Leads financial planning, reporting, modeling, benchmarking, budgeting, and decision-support analytics across a healthcare enterprise. Analyzes revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, productivity, reimbursement, and operational trends; maintains financial data integrity and decision-support systems; supports budget development and pricing strategies; presents insights to executives and facility leaders; and provides leadership, training, and process-improvement guidance to other staff.

Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates employee learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs. Conducts needs analyses, creates multimedia content, facilitates training, manages LMS content, tracks learner performance, and uses analytics to improve outcomes. Partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and HR teams to align learning with organizational goals, support change initiatives, and improve patient outcomes.
