Manage global import and export trade compliance for U.S. and Canadian operations. Oversee tariff classification, free trade agreement qualification, country-of-origin determinations, special duty programs, customs valuation, permits, audits, and regulatory documentation. Manage customs brokers and third-party trade service providers, monitor performance metrics, support duty optimization, maintain compliance procedures, and advise internal stakeholders on tariffs, duties, and taxes.

Maintains CPQ product configuration models for custom window coverings, translating product and engineering requirements into rules, validations, options, matrices, and SKU logic. Reviews delinquent customer accounts, conducts collections, resolves chargebacks and deduction disputes, and analyzes credit risk. Evaluates financial statements, credit reports, payment trends, and customer portfolios to recommend credit limits and risk mitigation strategies. Maintains account records, resolves credit-held orders, communicates with customers and financial partners, ensures policy compliance, and supports process improvement.

The Master Scheduler manages supply and inventory planning for product lines, including demand forecasts, material availability, capacity requirements, inventory targets, excess and obsolete inventory, supplier forecasts, and planning parameters. The role supports new product introductions, product change requests, SIOP, and continuous improvement while collaborating with purchasing, product management, demand planning, and manufacturing teams.

Leads financial planning and business-unit finance for the Consumer Business Unit, including budgeting, forecasting, demand and revenue planning, cost management, pricing, margin analysis, and sales incentive plans. Partners with commercial, product, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams to guide decisions and improve profitability. Owns monthly operating reviews, executive reporting, business-case governance, financial modeling, and performance analysis while managing and developing one direct report.

Supports key commercial accounts through customer service, issue resolution, shipment expediting, claims and returns management, training, presentations, and policy communication. Builds business relationships, gathers account feedback, identifies service issues, recommends process improvements, and coordinates cross-functionally to resolve customer needs. The role also mentors customer service representatives and communicates account concerns to management.

Supports HRIS management and employee benefits administration through employee record maintenance, data audits, reporting, employee assistance, process documentation, compliance, workflow optimization, and training material development. The intern will also support global HRIS implementation for Mexico and Europe, improve system efficiency, and create communication and training resources.

Supports project management initiatives across new product development, portfolio management, and standard work. Responsibilities include updating Smartsheet tools, dashboards, templates, and reports; developing project visibility processes; collaborating with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders; and creating standardized workflows to improve onboarding and consistency.

Supports the Product Management team in developing a standardized New Product Launch Dashboard. The intern will partner with Analytics and Finance interns to track launch performance across product lines, identify issues and opportunities, and support data-informed decisions. The role includes cross-functional collaboration, project work, product management exposure, and professional development.
