Supports commercial marketing sustainability and compliance data management in the 3E platform. Responsibilities include auditing and cleaning product data, uploading component information, onboarding suppliers, verifying textile supplier data, and resolving discrepancies. The internship provides cross-functional project experience, training, and exposure to multiple business functions within a consumer products company.

Supports general accounting operations and period-end close, including journal entries, financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, internal controls, and KPI development. The role configures options, matrices, attributes, SKU logic, and BOM-related behavior; tests and troubleshoots configuration defects; documents rules and standards; and collaborates with product management, engineering, IT, manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service to support accurate product launches and production flows.

Designs, develops, governs, and supports enterprise Master Data Management solutions. Builds database-driven applications using SQL Server, .NET, C#, and PowerApps; develops data models, validation rules, workflows, integrations, and configurable product logic. Partners with data stewards, business stakeholders, BI, financial systems, pricing, ERP, and product configuration teams to maintain data quality and integrity. Provides application support, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Supports product strategy, portfolio planning, business performance, and new product development for the Outdoor portfolio and SunSetter brand. Analyzes market trends, consumer needs, competition, and product data to identify growth and cost optimization opportunities. Partners with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers to execute launches, manage roadmaps, and improve products. Participates in customer research, trade shows, supplier meetings, and cross-functional initiatives while developing toward a Product Manager role.

Analyze consumer sales and order data to identify purchasing trends, product preferences, pricing impacts, and trade-up behavior across products, stores, markets, and time periods. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product and business decisions while developing skills in data analysis, visualization, problem solving, and stakeholder communication.
