Provides cradle-to-grave federal contracting support for the Department of State’s INL portfolio. Advises program staff, conducts market research, prepares solicitations and contract awards, evaluates quotes, administers modifications, supports closeouts, delivers acquisition training, develops vendor sources, ensures FAR/DOSAR compliance, and maintains procurement records and metrics.

Provides knowledge management and SharePoint administration support for NAVSEA 04. Maintains classified and unclassified repositories, permissions, taxonomies, metadata, records, and collaboration environments. Requires extensive NAVAIR acquisition and program management expertise, federal or military experience, and active Secret clearance.

Leads enterprise HR service delivery across HR business partnering, HRIS, benefits, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. Oversees HR teams, operational KPIs, process improvement, complex investigations, employment-law compliance, HR technology optimization, workforce data governance, compensation and benefits administration, budgeting, and risk mitigation. The role advises leaders, strengthens HR systems, and ensures consistent, compliant practices across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Configures PeopleSoft application modules, translates user stories into functional designs, documents configurations, estimates work, performs unit testing, supports enhancements and defect resolution, conducts peer reviews, and explains functionality to development teams and end users. The role works within an agile software development team supporting the Army Military Payroll system and requires a current Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and hybrid work in Arlington, Virginia.

Coordinates high-level diplomatic initiatives involving U.S. agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, and technology companies. Manages global convenings, summits, public-private partnerships, stakeholder commitments, technology deployments, travel logistics, tracking systems, reports, decision memos, and after-action documentation. Supports Presidential priorities involving AI, global education, and child online safety while resolving coordination challenges across multiple countries and time zones.

Provides advanced cost and financial analysis for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, including EAC and variance trend analysis, IGCE development, cost estimating, budget execution, POM planning, obligations tracking, audit support, and courses of action. Advises clients on fiscal risks and resource optimization while supporting DoD acquisition and financial management activities.

Supports NAVSEA 04 financial management through POM analysis, budget-cycle funding reviews, IT requirements tracking, financial execution analysis, unfunded requirements management, Cost of Doing Business tracking, purchase card compliance, and leadership briefing preparation. Coordinates with program offices, CFO leadership, NEPS, and EDW project teams. The role requires DoD financial process knowledge, Navy financial systems experience, Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and five days per week onsite at Washington Navy Yard.

Supports Navy shipyard leadership through legislative analysis, congressional engagement, public affairs, media relations, executive briefings, speeches, and strategic communications. Tracks defense budgets, congressional hearings, audits, political and technological trends, and relevant events. Produces reports, fact sheets, press releases, talking points, presentations, web content, and defense trade articles while coordinating media inquiries, briefings, symposia materials, and public release archives.

Leads software development execution across multiple Agile teams supporting the Army Military Payroll program. Manages delivery planning, capacity, staffing, standards, processes, risks, architecture alignment, stakeholder communication, performance management, mentoring, and development community practices. Serves as the primary development representative to program and government stakeholders while ensuring work meets technical, regulatory, and program requirements.
