Manages staffing and workforce operations for the IPPS-A AMP program, coordinating recruiting, onboarding, access requests, training, renewals, staffing data, and position documentation. Maintains confidential workforce information, tracks Army and organizational requirements, provides staffing updates to leadership, supports customer and project team coordination, and identifies process improvements. Leads design, configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and field deployment of Cisco wireless, routing, switching, voice, and unified communications infrastructure supporting Marine Corps network modernization. Responsibilities include site surveys, EFIST execution, engineering documentation, readiness reviews, acceptance testing, cutover planning, operational support, security integration, and mentoring junior personnel across multiple military installations.

Reviews internal controls, transactions, documentation, and systems for compliance and effectiveness; conducts audits; coordinates NAVSEA audit readiness; reports audit status; supports property accountability, inventories, system data accuracy, and validation reporting for government property and operating materials.

Designs, configures, secures, and optimizes hybrid on-premises and AWS GovCloud networks. Responsibilities include VPCs, Transit Gateways, routing, switches, routers, firewalls, Direct Connect, IPSec VPNs, compliance controls, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and packet analysis. Requires enterprise networking experience, AWS expertise, a bachelor’s degree, AWS Advanced Networking or CCNP certification, and a Secret clearance.

Leads execution of an IDIQ contract and all task orders for a federal law enforcement customer. Oversees dispersed teams, contract deliverables, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, subcontractors, risk mitigation, and customer relationships. Prepares executive briefings and reports, ensures compliance with quality and security requirements, and supervises hiring, timesheets, and performance management. Requires extensive federal contract and law enforcement program management experience, an active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.

Install, configure, secure, monitor, patch, and support Linux systems across GovCloud, standalone, and military networks. Administer AWS, Azure, VMware ESXi, storage, servers, containers, and application environments. Remediate cybersecurity compliance findings, support vulnerability scans, maintain documentation, troubleshoot connectivity, and coordinate infrastructure support with network operations teams.

Supports NAVSEA SUPSHIP strategic planning and communications by developing execution plans, briefings, analytical reports, policies, metrics, and stakeholder messaging. Coordinates strategic and organizational planning, monitors goal execution, and prepares materials for senior Navy leadership. Develops and delivers career and leadership training courses for supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. Requires extensive DoD and Navy program or business management experience, senior-level communication skills, a Secret clearance, and on-site work at Washington Navy Yard.
