Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS administration, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting support, and Concierge team leadership. The role is PRN and requires dependability, organization, compassionate communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect management, community tours, referral partnerships, marketing campaigns, outreach events, and pipeline tracking. Supervise marketing staff, collaborate with community and corporate leadership, present performance reports, maintain compliance, and support exceptional resident and family experiences. The role requires relationship-building, networking, presentation, CRM, digital marketing, and sales leadership skills.

Provides administrative and marketing support to the Executive Director and Marketing Department. Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, creating flyers and presentations, coordinating resident and marketing events, managing social media content, maintaining marketing collateral and files, supporting move-ins, and updating Salesforce records. The role also involves resident engagement, community outreach, networking, and lead management support in a senior living environment.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory reports, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and lender reporting. Performs data validation, variance analysis, exception reporting, reconciliations, and data governance checks. Coordinates issue resolution with BI, IT, and process owners while maintaining audit trails, reporting calendars, documentation, and standard work instructions.

Leads monthly close processes and significant accounting areas, reviews complex journal entries and reconciliations, analyzes financial results, and supports audit activities. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, resolves complex accounting issues, enhances internal controls and procedures, and drives process improvements. Participates in system implementations, acquisitions, transitions, and special projects while ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire follow-up. Partners with hiring managers, creates recruiting materials, represents the organization at recruiting events, and supports retention initiatives. Also assists with benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA, workers’ compensation, ADA compliance, training, HRIS administration, employee events, and special HR projects.

Supports finance operations through resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, statement processing, resident file audits, census management, and move-out refund administration. Handles billing inquiries, maintains confidential financial information, performs data entry, supports month-end close and budgeting, generates general ledger reports, and assists with regulatory processes while providing customer service to residents.
