The role uses data-driven insights to improve commercial, customer, and operational performance across Mercy Health.

Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for more than 2,000 employees, maintain payroll records, resolve employee queries, reconcile leave balances and backpays, process terminations, and interpret enterprise bargaining agreements and awards. The role collaborates with HR and Finance to improve payroll accuracy and processes while providing compassionate, timely employee service.

Supports assigned clinical and enterprise business applications, resolving Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and service requests. Works with business users and vendors to troubleshoot issues, deliver application enhancements and small projects, and manage analysis, testing, and deployment. Contributes to integration initiatives and supports healthcare systems while applying SQL, database, and technical problem-solving skills.
