Manage automotive finance and insurance operations, including deal structuring, lender relationships, financing and lease processing, product presentation, compliance, funding accuracy, and profitability optimization. Collaborate with sales leadership on deal reviews and showroom processes, while training and coaching sales staff on finance programs, extended warranties, and aftermarket offerings. Deliver transparent customer transitions and resolve lender or customer roadblocks objectively.

Sell new and used vehicles by assisting customers, answering questions, explaining products and services, and maintaining current product and industry knowledge. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required. Previous sales, internet sales, BDC, or call center experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
