Leads large, complex EPC capital projects from planning through closeout, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring safe, timely, cost-controlled execution. Manages project leadership staff and provides oversight of engineering, construction, procurement, scheduling, project controls, quality, and safety teams. Responsibilities include execution strategy, staffing, budgeting, risk mitigation, client and executive relationships, regulatory coordination, proposal support, and performance reporting.

Serves as the on-site liaison between client personnel and S&B teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and site operations. Supports project scoping, field information gathering, Management of Change activities, schedule coordination, constructability reviews, issue resolution, and execution planning. Maintains stakeholder relationships, provides leadership updates, and manages small projects as Project Manager while ensuring safety, quality, and client service.

Designs and supports electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for EPC projects. Responsibilities include developing calculations, specifications, equipment documents, control architectures, SIS documentation, and engineering drawings; reviewing vendor submissions; coordinating with clients and disciplines; supporting procurement, FATs, construction, commissioning, and startup; and providing technical guidance to engineering staff. Occasional site visits, vendor inspections, and field assignments are required.

Performs electrical engineering and equipment design for complex EPC projects. Prepares calculations, specifications, requisitions, and design drawings; evaluates vendor bids; coordinates with clients, subcontractors, construction teams, and other disciplines; guides electrical engineering staff; supports project staffing, scheduling, estimates, inspections, plant start-ups, and field assignments.

Prepares moderately difficult to difficult engineering and construction drawings using manual and computer-assisted drafting techniques. Performs basic engineering calculations, determines material needs, develops minor design elements, reviews manufacturer and fabricator prints, conducts routine checks, and supports occasional field assignments at plants or construction sites.

Leads project controls across EPC and Alliance projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, cost control, risk, change management, forecasting, earned value, reporting, and audits. Establishes project coding structures and integrated schedules, coordinates with project stakeholders, manages reporting cycles, and mentors project controls personnel. Requires field assignments across the Southern United States and work in dynamic industrial environments.

Leads engineering and construction project development and execution from concept and FEED through commissioning and startup. Manages scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, procurement, project controls, and scope changes while coordinating discipline leads, site operations, engineering teams, contractors, and clients. Develops execution plans, supports bid packages and technical evaluations, manages multiple concurrent projects, and ensures safe, timely, cost-effective delivery at industrial facilities.

Leads mechanical design for fixed and rotating equipment across EPC projects, including calculations, specifications, equipment data sheets, vendor reviews, estimates, staffing plans, schedules, and progress tracking. Provides technical and schedule direction to engineering staff, participates in performance reviews, interprets ASME and API standards, coordinates with other disciplines and clients, and conducts occasional plant or construction-site visits.
