Performs moderately difficult to difficult manual and computer-assisted drafting assignments for equipment, facilities, and systems. Prepares detailed drawing sets from limited information, reviews manufacturer and fabricator prints, calculates material requirements, and applies standard drafting techniques, engineering formulas, and established procedures. Supports occasional field assignments at operating plants or construction sites and may work around industrial, construction, chemical, electrical, and mechanical hazards.

Lead process engineering and design for pulp and paper capital projects. Responsibilities include developing processes and controls with clients, gathering plant data, preparing equipment specifications, communicating designs across disciplines, participating in process safety reviews, writing operator manuals, and supporting proposals. The role may provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers and requires occasional visits to operating plants or construction sites.

Leads scheduling for complex EPC, alliance, and construction projects. Develops integrated master schedules, performs schedule risk analysis and critical path optimization, manages resources and change control, and produces executive reporting. Coordinates with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams while coaching scheduling personnel and improving company-wide scheduling standards.

Creates and manages corporate marketing and communications materials across print, digital, email, social media, animation, video, and events. Maintains brand identity standards, develops templates, supports photoshoots, coordinates creative vendors, and manages digital asset archives, taxonomy, metadata, approvals, and lifecycle governance. Partners with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging visual communications and oversees projects from concept through completion.

Supports chemical process engineering assignments under close supervision. Gathers plant operating and equipment data, assists with equipment specifications, requisitions, equipment and piping lists, design guides, and proposals. Reviews vendor bids and drawings for compliance, provides technical guidance to design personnel, and participates in plant startups. The role collaborates closely with multidisciplinary project teams and may involve visits to operating plants or construction sites.

Performs intermediate-level engineering design and drafting assignments using manual and computer-assisted techniques. Prepares detail drawings, layouts, sketches, calculations, specifications, and procedures; reviews vendor and fabricator prints; supports field walkdowns; checks junior personnel’s work; and coordinates with engineers, clients, vendors, and other departments. May assist with estimating, manpower planning, scheduling, task assignments, and conceptual project development. Work occurs primarily in an office with occasional plant or construction-site exposure.

Leads cost management for large EPC and alliance projects, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, cost trending, risk analysis, change control, claims evaluation, and executive reporting. Supervises project controls personnel, advises project and executive leadership on financial risks, develops cost control frameworks, and coaches cost specialists. Requires extensive field assignment flexibility and travel across Southern United States job sites.

Performs electrical engineering and equipment design for complex EPC projects. Prepares calculations, specifications, requisitions, equipment lists, and load summaries; evaluates vendor submissions; reviews designs; coordinates with clients, vendors, construction teams, and other disciplines; and supports estimating, scheduling, field assignments, inspections, and plant start-ups. Provides technical guidance, staffing coordination, and supervision to electrical engineering personnel.

Owns cost control for medium to large EPC and alliance projects. Develops cost structures, tracks budgets and expenditures, maintains forecasts, performs variance and trend analysis, prepares monthly cost reports, and supports risk and change management. Coordinates cost reporting with scheduling, procurement, contracts, subcontracts, and finance teams. Provides project leadership support, oversees project controls activities, and mentors junior cost specialists. The role involves field assignments and travel across the Southern United States.

Independently performs mechanical design and thermal sizing for heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers. Prepares calculations, equipment specifications, data sheets, requisitions, and design documentation; evaluates vendor bids and drawings; interprets ASME, TEMA, and API standards; collaborates with clients and engineering disciplines; reviews PFDs and P&IDs; and may provide technical guidance to junior personnel. Occasional plant or construction-site travel is required.
