Supports process engineering assignments under close supervision, including collecting plant and equipment data, preparing equipment specifications and lists, reviewing vendor bids and drawings, developing design guides and proposals, and participating in plant start-ups. The intern collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and may visit operating plants or construction sites.

Leads the company’s total rewards strategy, governance, compensation, benefits, incentives, and wellbeing programs. Manages Compensation and Benefits teams, oversees job architecture, market pricing, pay structures, benefits vendors, compliance, financial modeling, risk management, analytics, and HR system integration. Partners with executives, HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to support competitive, equitable, scalable, and financially responsible rewards decisions across a multi-state EPC workforce.

Assists project leads, engineers, and managers with coordinating engineering and design activities for small EPC projects. Responsibilities include facilitating model and MOC reviews, tracking action items and RFIs, documenting meetings, supporting change orders, reviewing engineering work packages, preparing scope books and project manuals, and maintaining project records. Occasional field visits to operating plants or construction sites may be required.

Leads control system engineering and equipment design across EPC projects. Develops system architectures, specifications, procurement documents, SIS and functional safety documentation, PLC/DCS configurations, alarm rationalization, and FAT activities. Reviews vendor designs, supports bids, estimates, scheduling, plant startups, inspections, and construction coordination. Provides technical guidance and manpower coordination for engineering staff, interfaces with clients and vendors, and may supervise project teams and support field or foreign assignments.

Leads mechanical and thermal design for HRSGs, heat exchangers, boilers, and related pressure equipment. Prepares and reviews calculations, specifications, data sheets, layouts, and procurement documents; evaluates vendor bids and drawings; interfaces with clients; and guides design personnel. Applies ASME, TEMA, and API standards, supports design improvements, reviews PFDs and P&IDs, and participates in plant field visits. Requires extensive HRSG and combined-cycle power plant experience, an active PE license, and occasional travel.
