Serves as the liaison between customers and software development teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional, system, and process requirements. Conducts interviews, workflow analysis, surveys, site visits, and use-case development to understand business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Supports IT within the Sales function and requires TPM, CPG, and retail execution experience, along with strong communication and project leadership skills.

Designs and governs SAP and non-SAP HR and payroll solutions. Responsibilities include developing technology roadmaps, creating high-level architecture designs, documenting system diagrams and data models, evaluating integration options, presenting recommendations to leadership, defining architecture standards, reviewing technical designs, and supporting implementation across development, infrastructure, testing, and production teams.

Consults on RedPrairie/JDA Warehouse Management System implementations, including functional design, technical configuration, integrations with ERP and material handling equipment systems, installation, analysis, documentation, client requirements gathering, and training. The consultant leads client discussions, configures solutions, coaches supply chain consultants, supports project planning, and travels to client sites for delivery.

Perform formal software testing for web-based HR systems, document and analyze test results, investigate failures, and quickly learn new systems. The role requires experience testing at least two HR-related projects, recent HR project experience, strong web aptitude, and local availability in Illinois.

Collects data from applicable systems, gathers requirements for forms and charts, analyzes data, creates visualizations, maintains databases, assists with software validation, and develops training materials. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, communication abilities, and SAS experience, with Statistica and JMP preferred.

Administer and support SAS Grid and enterprise SAS environments, including installation, configuration, tuning, queue and resource management, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, licensing, metadata management, access controls, backups, security, and authentication. Integrate SAS with Unix/Linux, LSF, Control-M, Active Directory, databases, and other analytics platforms. Candidates must have banking or finance experience, a full SAS Grid implementation cycle, post-installation support experience, and the ability to optimize SAS code for grid processing.

Provide application support for Logility 7.5, with particular expertise in the RP or MP areas of the platform. This is a contract role lasting at least three months, with preferred locations in Chicago or Kansas City, Missouri, though other locations may be considered.
