Trains to become a National Service Officer representing veterans and families in disability claims and benefits matters before the Department of Veterans Affairs and other government entities. Reviews service and medical records, interviews claimants, evaluates evidence, prepares claim submissions, monitors cases, explains appeal options, and practices presenting legal arguments at hearings. The apprentice also manages workload, communicates with stakeholders, recruits DAV members, and performs administrative and outreach activities under ongoing supervision.

Manages corporate partner accounts and ensures sponsor benefits are delivered according to partnership agreements. Plans and coordinates cause-marketing campaigns, budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, communications, reporting, and campaign materials. Researches prospective partners, supports acquisition and renewals, processes agreements, responds to inquiries, reviews brand usage, and stewards relationships with partner contacts. Collaborates with internal teams and external agencies while managing multiple projects independently.
