Manages HR activities for assigned locations, including onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee relations, investigations, leave administration, terminations, and compliance. Partners with leadership on recruiting, retention, succession planning, and talent strategy. Oversees HR systems, employee records, job descriptions, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation while supporting employees, managers, and HR staff.
