Leads the vehicle exchange department at an automotive dealership, managing appraisals, trade-ins, vehicle acquisition, customer follow-up, appointments, sales and lease opportunities, financial paperwork, reporting, and customer retention. Coordinates with Service, Sales, Used Cars, and General Management; tracks activity in VinSolutions; manages exchange packets; and builds and supervises the Vehicle Exchange team.

Greets showroom customers, directs calls and visitors, enters customer information into CDK, and provides clerical support. Responsibilities include vehicle inventory and key-tag management, lease-return processing, credit-card batching, transporter coordination, and maintaining a professional front desk and showroom appearance.

Leads the pre-owned vehicle department, overseeing inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, merchandising, profitability, sales performance, and market strategy. Desks deals, supports negotiations, monitors CRM activity, and ensures competitive vehicle positioning. Recruits, trains, coaches, and holds sales staff accountable while collaborating with finance, service, and general sales management. Maintains compliance, vehicle quality, customer follow-up, and department objectives.

Handles inbound and outbound customer communications for an automotive dealership group. Responds to phone, email, text, and online leads; follows up with prospects and previous customers; schedules, confirms, and reschedules sales and service appointments; maintains CRM records; coordinates customer handoffs with Sales and Service teams; generates dealership traffic; and meets appointment-setting goals. Paid training is provided, and automotive experience is not required.
