Manages customer sales orders from processing through shipment follow-up, serving as the main contact for order status, schedule changes, inquiries, complaints, RMAs, and delivery communications. Coordinates with order entry, production, scheduling, account management, and inventory teams. Uses ERP and CRM systems to monitor fulfillment, maintain records, track metrics, resolve issues, support inventory programs, and identify process improvements.

Develop and maintain production schedules across four manufacturing facilities, balancing customer demand, capacity, materials, inventory, and delivery requirements. Partner with sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to resolve constraints and manage schedule changes. Serve as the ERP subject matter expert, maintain planning standards and master data, monitor capacity and production performance, and report KPIs. Adjust schedules for shortages, equipment failures, alternate routings, demand fluctuations, quality issues, and other operational variables.
