Develops and delivers onboarding, continuing education, compliance, e-learning, and simulation programs for employees. Partners with departments, trainers, subject matter experts, and leaders to assess competency, analyze education metrics, identify process improvements, and standardize training. Creates instructional materials, facilitates courses and simulations, evaluates learning outcomes, manages surveys, supports participant onboarding, and researches emerging educational technologies. Travel to regional offices may be required.
