Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for Mirion’s Medical business units, including computer vision, agentic AI, and LLM applications. Identify operational improvement opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and own projects from prototyping through production and optimization. Partner with manufacturing, quality, service, engineering, IT, and regulatory teams while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and medical-industry requirements. Communicate outcomes, support adoption, monitor performance, and deliver measurable improvements in quality, productivity, cycle time, and cost.

Leads an engineering organization supporting electrical product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement. Manages engineers and technicians, project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and technical processes. Oversees reliability testing, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, VAVE, DFM/DFT, documentation, and process development. Collaborates with hardware, software, quality, sourcing, production, and business teams while supporting technology roadmaps, proposals, and regulatory requirements.

Designs and documents customized mechanical and electromechanical products using SolidWorks, including 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Coordinates fabrication, testing, manufacturing, installation, suppliers, and quality activities. Supports troubleshooting, root cause analysis, engineering changes, validation, tooling, work instructions, and field evaluations. Drives Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, safety, manufacturability, and cost objectives while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

Architect and lead enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure using Spark, Databricks, and cloud technologies. Build scalable data models and dimensional schemas, establish governance and data quality frameworks, optimize performance and reliability, and implement monitoring. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, contribute to platform strategy, troubleshoot complex failures, and support hiring and team development.

Supports the design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification of radiation detection products. Prepares engineering specifications and technical reports, assists with mechanical and electrical design analyses, supports procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams, contributes to new product development, and develops expertise in detector design, radiation concepts, qualification testing, and manufacturing processes.

Supports financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and strategic business analysis for the RTQA division. Partners with Sales, Operations, department leaders, and corporate finance to improve forecast accuracy, monitor spending, explain performance variances, and deliver reports and insights to leadership. The role also develops financial tools and presentations and supports multiple planning initiatives.

Leads indirect procurement sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract optimization, and spend management initiatives. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities, increase procurement involvement, improve supplier competitiveness, and expand spend under management. Supports procurement transformation, governance, control tower activities, and measurable savings or cost avoidance. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.

Administers customer contracts and orders, prepares quotes, enters orders into 4th Shift, coordinates internal departments, tracks schedules and deliverables, communicates status and risks, resolves bottlenecks, and addresses customer issues. Serves as the primary customer contact while supporting project plans, resource coordination, order logistics, and customer satisfaction.

Plans, develops, and executes verification activities for regulated medical device products. Creates verification strategies, protocols, test cases, regression libraries, and design control documentation. Analyzes requirements and test results, prepares verification reports, supports system integration and manufacturing transfer, investigates returned products, and coordinates testing with engineering and technical subject matter experts. Ensures compliance with design requirements, risk management, and applicable safety, EMC, environmental, and shipping standards.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development team by coordinating customer inquiries, quotations, orders, shipments, vendors, documentation, reporting, and opportunity tracking. Maintains accurate records, monitors fulfillment and action items, schedules meetings, prepares reports, and supports process improvements. Coordinates across purchasing, warehouse, shipping, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely execution of sales and business development activities.
