Drive revenue and profit growth for chemical water treatment, equipment, and service programs across Bay Area accounts. Maintain customer relationships, develop new business, execute sales strategies, provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and address prospect needs through proposals, negotiations, and contracts. The role uses a consultative sales approach and requires managing a 150-mile territory from a home office.

Manage and grow water-treatment accounts across Eastern and Southeastern Ohio. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, increasing gross profit and sales run rates, conducting weekly sales calls, meeting account-growth targets, and supporting customer service objectives. The role is field-based with 80–100% territory travel, customer-site activity, vehicle operation, and compliance with safety procedures. A technical degree or CWT certification is preferred, while sales or technical experience and a Class B license are required.
