Coordinates proposal development and marketing collateral for construction pursuits. Responsibilities include organizing pursuit teams, developing and editing content, formatting and proofreading proposals, coordinating graphics and teaming partners, conducting research, tracking action plans, maintaining resumes and project descriptions, and ensuring brand, quality, and compliance standards. The role also supports brochures, presentations, qualifications statements, and other business development materials.

Owns preboarding and onboarding from offer acceptance through new-hire integration. Coordinates performance reviews, employee surveys, special events, employee development initiatives, and other recurring HR programs. The role also contributes to marketing plans, client research, action tracking, and continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Develops and manages proposals, presentations, interview materials, and marketing collateral for construction industry pursuits. Coordinates RFP responses, creates persuasive content and visual storytelling, coaches presentation teams, documents awarded projects through case studies and multimedia, and maintains project data in marketing systems. Supports internal and external campaigns while collaborating with technical teams, executives, and creative partners. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and in-person work in Manhattan four days weekly.

Sources and engages active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Develops targeted sourcing strategies, talent maps, candidate pipelines, and personalized outreach campaigns. Partners with recruiters on difficult-to-fill roles, provides market intelligence, screens candidates, maintains accurate ATS records, and uses recruiting analytics and technology to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Tracks workplace incidents and workers’ compensation claims from initial report through closure. Reviews investigation documentation, submits claims, coordinates with insurance carriers and third-party administrators, monitors medical updates and return-to-work progress, and prepares safety and claims reports. Maintains injury, certification, and safety-hour records; supports safety committees, orientations, travel scheduling, and project documentation; and communicates with safety managers, supervisors, employees, and management.
