Configure, architect, troubleshoot, and maintain complex Cisco networks, including Layer 2/3 routing, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, routers, and data center infrastructure. Analyze network captures, resolve network and application issues, monitor device utilization using SNMP and NetFlow, and install or upgrade hardware and software. Collaborate effectively with technical teams and support redundant internet connectivity and network authentication systems.

Develop and support business intelligence solutions for healthcare clients using SAP, ETL processes, data warehouses, and data analysis. The role requires substantial experience translating healthcare data into business insights and supporting consulting technology solutions.

Design and develop ASP.NET applications using C#, VB.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JavaScript. Work with SQL Server, create complex queries and reports, develop reporting solutions using SSRS and Crystal Reports, and build VBA solutions for Microsoft Office applications. Support data conversion and migration activities while working independently and following direction.

Develop C and C++ applications for Linux, Unix, and Windows environments, including real-time embedded systems. Install and support hardware, servers, and rack components while working with x86 and ARM processors. Apply object-oriented development principles, meet project timelines, produce high-quality software, document work, communicate effectively, and collaborate with peers in a changing environment.
