Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage competing responsibilities, meet tight deadlines, and apply analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-planning skills. Preferred experience includes Texas Health and Human Services agencies, federal funding requests, and the State of Texas Contract Management Guide.

Configure and analyze SAP Solution Manager Application Lifecycle Management processes, resolve complex business requirements through SAP configuration, and support incidents end to end. Translate business and technical requirements into functional specifications, coordinate with SAP and infrastructure teams, implement SAP Notes and system changes through change management, meet support SLAs, and maintain procedures and operational documentation.

Develop and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Use SAP, ETL, business intelligence, data analytics, and data warehouse technologies to support client solutions.
