Maintain and enhance legacy IBM i/AS400 applications using RPG, CL, and SQL. Troubleshoot production issues, manage DB2 for i databases, application security, job queues, subsystems, schedulers, backups, and file-transfer integrations. Coordinate environment changes with the hosting provider, support database extraction and archiving, document legacy logic, and assist cloud migration initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams through code reviews and communicate system constraints to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Directs strategies to prevent hardware, software, and electronic-component obsolescence on military platforms. Leads cross-functional teams, develops DMSMS management plans, coordinates suppliers and engineering changes, manages contracts, budgets, schedules, and earned value metrics, and evaluates lifecycle mitigation strategies. Presents executive and government briefings, maintains configuration and BOM traceability, ensures compliance, and supervises personnel.

Administers, configures, operates, and maintains voice, trunked radio, video-conferencing, LAN, VoIP, and classified and unclassified network systems. Requires a Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and 3–5 years of IT experience.

Plans and designs large-scale facilities and real property assets from concept through formal justification. Responsibilities include multidisciplinary scoping, facility layouts, cost modeling, infrastructure and utility assessments, space planning, specifications, sustainability analysis, asset decommissioning, technical documentation, and executive presentations. The role requires independent ownership of deliverables, stakeholder coordination, onsite work, and eligibility for a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.

Conducts financial research and analysis for USAF programs, reconciling obligations and resource transactions across government contracting and accounting systems. Identifies discrepancies, validates balances, coordinates audits and corrective actions, prepares documentation, tracks approvals and corrections to completion, maintains government records, and supports briefings and program meetings.

Plans and scopes infrastructure and real property projects from concept through formal justification. Develops facility layouts, cost models, economic analyses, specifications, condition assessments, space plans, sustainability metrics, and decommissioning strategies. Coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, supports capital improvement planning, prepares executive documentation, and independently delivers technical work. Requires full-time onsite work and the ability to obtain and maintain government security access.

Provides technical cybersecurity support for plans, policies, SOPs, RMF testing, assessments, authorizations, and documentation. Coordinates cyber defense incident resolution, manages incident response, analyzes trends, and prepares reports. The role requires experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation, malware containment, risk assessments, compliance reviews, security policy development, and strong communication skills. A Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
