Leads complex custom store fixture projects from sales through design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation. Manages scope, schedules, estimates, materials, approvals, change orders, quality, profitability, customer communications, and cross-functional teams. Coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, quality, sales, contractors, and installation teams. Resolves high-impact issues, drives process improvements, conducts project reviews and post-mortems, develops strategic customer relationships, and mentors junior project managers.

Supports HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, including onboarding, HRIS data entry, timecard auditing, leave administration, workers’ compensation intake, compliance audits, employee relations, recruiting coordination, training, and engagement initiatives. Partners with managers and site leadership on policy guidance, investigations, process improvement, HR metrics, and organizational projects. Requires travel up to 30% and bilingual English/Spanish capability.
