Supports daily operations of an affordable housing community by serving residents, processing applications and leases, maintaining records, collecting rent, following up on delinquencies, coordinating maintenance work orders, supporting occupancy and retention goals, and ensuring program compliance. The role requires flexible scheduling, on-call availability, occasional travel, resident event attendance, and the ability to maneuver heavy items.

Conduct tenant-facing annual and interim recertifications for multifamily housing communities nationwide. Schedule resident interviews, collect and verify income and asset information, calculate rents, maintain compliant resident files, coordinate inspections, support lease-ups and audits, and assist with move-ins and move-outs. The role requires extensive travel, strong knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Public Housing, and LIHTC requirements, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Manages operations for an assigned LIHTC residential community, including tax-credit compliance, tenant certifications, leasing, applicant screening, rent collection, financial reporting, vacancies, delinquency tracking, maintenance coordination, contractor oversight, and staff supervision. Advises residents on leases and responsibilities, maintains property standards, and ensures adherence to HUD, Housing Authority, Fair Housing, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
