Leads the Credit Union’s Enterprise Risk Management program, overseeing operational, regulatory, vendor, liquidity, strategic, compliance, and legal risks. Advises executive leadership, strengthens policies and internal controls, supports cybersecurity and data governance, manages regulatory examinations, and promotes organization-wide risk awareness. The role also oversees risk, compliance, vendor management, and legal functions while supporting business continuity, strategic initiatives, and responsible innovation.

Supports members across multiple credit union branches by processing transactions, handling account and consumer loan intake, recommending financial products, cross-selling services, managing digital inquiries, and referring commercial loan opportunities. The role requires regular travel, flexible scheduling, cash handling, regulatory compliance, branch opening and closing, community engagement, and consistent service delivery across varied branch environments.
