Manages new-product quotations and mold-building projects, including capital, schedules, economics, and customer quotations. Reviews mold designs, materials, and functionality; provides engineering support to the toolroom; designs, implements, and debugs tooling; and leads process, product, quality, automation, and design reviews. Collaborates with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver efficient, high-quality tooling solutions.

Develop and grow strategic Beauty and Fragrance customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, forecast revenue and margins, and deliver profitable growth. The role requires building executive-level customer relationships, developing account strategies, partnering on dispensing and packaging solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, and representing the organization at customer meetings and industry events.

Develop and execute global internal communications strategies that inform, engage, and align employees. Create executive communications, announcements, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, videos, and digital communications. Support change management, employee engagement campaigns, crisis communications, and business continuity messaging. Partner with executives, HR, Marketing, Safety, and business leaders while measuring communication effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and engagement metrics.
