Provide legal information, advice, and direct representation to individuals and groups on disability-related legal issues. Conduct legal research, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, appeals, negotiations, and mediations. Offer technical assistance, training, case analysis, and legal interpretation to internal and external partners. Maintain case documentation, meet compliance deadlines, participate in committees and outreach, and travel throughout Wisconsin as needed.
