Oversee operations, compliance, financial performance, staffing, resident satisfaction, and maintenance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities. Lead property teams, monitor occupancy and budgets, ensure LIHTC, HUD, HCVP, and inclusionary zoning compliance, coordinate audits and agencies, manage vendors and capital projects, and conduct regular site visits. The role requires strong leadership, financial analysis, property management expertise, and knowledge of affordable housing regulations in the Washington, DC and Mid-Atlantic markets.
