Supervises multiple industrial decontamination projects in refinery and related settings. Manages field teams, client communication, schedules, safety procedures, toolbox meetings, shift handovers, equipment installation support, job documentation, timekeeping, and project execution across multiple units. Requires refinery operations experience or a bachelor’s degree, project scheduling knowledge, technical drawing interpretation, and proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Visio.

Drives commercial growth through sales support, strategic planning, client outreach, resource optimization, and new business development. Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to improve service lines, cost efficiency, HSE risk reduction, training, process standardization, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role also supports innovation, organizational excellence, metrics implementation, team building, and contract negotiations.
