Lead the company’s growth organization across all markets and channels. Partner with the founder to scale product-market fit, manage growth team leads, establish objectives and reporting, build operational systems, prioritize initiatives, and create an AI-native, high-performing growth machine. The role requires strong commercial judgment, systems thinking, leadership, communication, and experience scaling fast-moving startups.

Lead product strategy and execution across consumer and B2B education products. Own engagement, retention, and conversion metrics; partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship; establish roadmap processes; and help scale the product organization beyond founder-led prioritization. Balance consumer growth with school priorities while communicating product direction to founders and stakeholders.
